Commission and fees
The commission in your partner agreement applies only to tickets paid through Parffic.
Parffic earns a commission on tickets paid through Parffic, at the rate in your partner agreement and the terms for operators. Your Earnings page, visible only to your organisation's owners and admins, shows each sale, the commission, your share and the payment provider's fee.
There is no commission on unpaid, expired or cancelled bookings, and refunds give the commission back in proportion. Passengers never see these figures: they see the fare you set and the total they pay.
