Cancelling parking and refunds
Paid online: full refund up to one hour before you arrive.
If you paid online, cancelling at least 1 hour before your arrival time refunds the full amount. Within the last hour there is no refund. If the car park cancels, you always get a full refund.
If you chose to pay at the car park, cancelling costs nothing.
An online reservation is held for 15 minutes while you pay. If payment is not completed, the space is released and you are not charged.
