When will my refund arrive?
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
Parffic sends a refund to Paystack as soon as it is due, and Paystack returns it to the card or account you paid with. You get an email when it is sent.
Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show a refund. If it has been longer, open a support request with your ticket or reservation reference.
