Cancelling a bus ticket and refunds
What you get back depends on the operator's policy, shown before you pay.
Open the ticket from My trips and choose Cancel. The page shows the refund before you confirm.
Policies: Flexible: Full refund if you cancel at least 2 hours before boarding. Standard: Full refund up to 24 hours before boarding, half refund up to 2 hours before. Strict: Half refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before boarding.
If the operator cancels or moves the trip, you get a full refund.
