Paying for a bus ticket
Seats are held for 15 minutes while you pay on a secure Paystack page.
Where an operator takes online payment, choosing your seats holds them for 15 minutes. You pay on Paystack's secure page by card, bank transfer or USSD. Parffic never sees your card details.
Your ticket is issued only after Paystack confirms the payment. If you close the page or lose connection after paying, the ticket still arrives: Parffic checks with Paystack directly. You get it by email and in your notifications.
If your payment arrives after the hold has ended and the seats have gone, no ticket is issued and the full amount is refunded automatically.
Online payment is opening operator by operator. Where it is not available yet, the trip page says so and tells you how to book with the operator.
